What’s In Your Pantry?


I few years ago I came across a series of articles from Dr. John Berardi offering a glimpse at what food staples he kept on hand in his own kitchen.

Dr. Berardi’s first rule of thumb is that if a food is located in your residence, you’ll eventually eat it. For me personally, this is a very true statement as willpower is not my strong point. Removing temptation is an absolute necessary means to an end in my never ending quest to reduce body fat.

In addition to outlining what foods should be in your pantry and refrigerator, this e-book also has a very good section on how to eat “right” when traveling.
