Bodyweight Cardio Workout

I came across this Turbulence Training bodyweight cardio workout towards the tail end of my trip last week.

Craig Ballantyne refers to this as a cardio workout, but it really is a combination of cardio, strength and mobility training all rolled in to one.

The workout is a total of 8 exercises and the premise is that you complete 3 sets. I made it through 2 sets, sucking wind.

How about you?

Train hard; stay strong.

Peace.

Donna, when I first went through the video I noticed that Craig didn't mention the counts for the push-ups, lunges and climbs, but being that he did mention you needed to complete a total of "300" reps/seconds per set, I came up with the following per set:

    - 25 spiderman push-ups
    - 30 walking lunges
    - 25 spiderman climbs

Wow what a workout! This is a great fitness routine. This is the first time I've read your blog, but I'll definitely be back.

That sounds challenging. I'd like to try that. I'll follow your number of repetitions for each set, Susan. :)
