Grass-Fed Beef Review – Part Deux


This weekend I treated myself to La Cense’s Grass-Fed Beef Ribeye Steak. For this taste test I decided to follow Master Chef’s Peter Hoffman’s recipe for Ribeye Steak with Mushrooms and Red Wine Sauce

The recipe was super simple to follow and the steak was simply delicious!

Later this week I plan on trying Chef Hoffman’s Meatballs with Spicy Tomato Sauce, substituting Ezekiel break and low-fat milk.
