    Hi, great blog!

    I'm more focused on what I'm putting in my mouth before and after working out -- like whey protein.

    I just read that whey is very easily absorbed by the body. Glutamine powder is also good for muscle recovery. Do you take supplements?

    I read the article on ConditionNutrition.
