The one day workshop called “Functional Fitness For The Female Athlete” was put together by Will Brink and conducted by coach John "Sully" Sullivan at Excel Sports and Fitness in Waltham MA.

been a while. Functional training is the best way to build strength as it puts more focus on natural movements, so good going on this vid.
Sorry Susan, just saw your message. Waltham is where I used to live. I moved to Florida a few years ago, and since the cold weather is approaching, you won't see me there anytime soon lol
