Why should you include push-ups in your workout routine?
- The require zero equipment and can be performed pretty much anywhere (even your cubicle at work!).
- They're extremely versatile in that a simple change in hand position can make the movement easier or more difficult.
- Push-ups work your chest, shoulders, triceps and core.
Remember to tuck your head when performing push-ups. You do not want to look forward as your neck should stay in-line with the rest of your spine.

Train hard; stay strong.
Peace.
