Exercises in the book include the likes of
- Front Plank plus Cable Pulldown
- Side Plank plus Cable Row
- Cross Body Mountain Climber
- Inchworm or Stability Ball Rollout
- Side Plank with Dumbbell Lateral Raise
Not a sit up or crunch in site! May be a good stocking stuffer next year for any doubters :)
